Established in 2002, Shanghai Pafuluo Stationery is a private ISO 9001:2000-certified company that specializes in developing, producing and selling writing instruments under the brand “Picasso”. We are also a member of the China Pen Maker Association. We were authorized to be a licensed producer for the Expo 2010 Shanghai China, supporting the stationery enterprise. During that event, our Picasso brand of writing instruments became the pens used for contract signing ceremonies.
We mainly design and produce gold pens, fountain pens, roller pens, ballpoint pens and propelling pencils. Each is designed with artworks by Picasso, the well-renowned painter.
